Initial Setup

1. Download 1Password from 1password.com
2. Create your account with a strong master password
3. Install the browser extension
4. Install on your phone

Your Master Password

This is the ONE password you need to memorize. Make it:

• Long — 4+ random words (e.g., "correct-horse-battery-staple")
• Unique — Never used anywhere else
• Memorable — You'll type it daily

Adding Your First Login

1. Visit a site you have an account on
2. Log in normally
3. 1Password will prompt to save
4. Click "Save in 1Password"

That's it — next time, 1Password fills it automatically.
