In 2024, I led a full website redesign and rebuild to better reflect their capabilities, support lead generation, and modernize their digital presence.

My Role

  • Led project strategy and owned delivery from kickoff through launch
  • Brought in and managed a senior-level designer Carolina Penner and developer Derrick Grigg for execution
  • Directed content architecture and messaging to highlight product and service strengths
  • Oversaw design, build, and QA to ensure performance, accessibility, and flexibility
  • Integrated lead capture and analytics to support the marketing team
  • Delivered a maintainable CMS and modular components for long-term usability
